53 <br /> Agreement dated as of June 1, 2024, each of which is also between the County and <br /> the Trustee. <br /> "Prior Bonds" means the following bonds issued pursuant to the Prior <br /> Agreement: <br /> $23,585,000 original aggregate principal amount Limited Obligation Bonds, <br /> Series 2021A and 2021B <br /> $14,298,000 original aggregate principal amount Limited Obligation Bonds, <br /> Series 2023A and 2023B <br /> $11,880,000 original aggregate principal amount Limited Obligation Bonds, <br /> Series 2024 <br /> "Prior Deed of Trust" means the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated <br /> as of June 1, 2021, from the County to a Deed of Trust Trustee for the County's <br /> benefit, as supplemented (a) by a Deed of Trust Supplement #1 dated as of June 13, <br /> 2023, and (b) by a Deed of Trust Supplement#2 dated as of June 1, 2024. <br /> "School Board" means, notwithstanding any other provision of the Trust <br /> Agreement and as the context may indicate, The Orange County Board of Education <br /> or The Board of Education for the Chapel Hill - Carrboro City Schools. <br /> "Supplemental Agreement" means this Third Supplemental Trust Agreement, <br /> as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. <br /> "Trust Agreement" means the Prior Agreement as modified and <br /> supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, as it may be further amended or <br /> supplemented from time to time. <br /> All other capitalized terms used in this Third Supplemental Trust Agreement <br /> and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Prior <br /> Agreement. <br /> 24 <br />
