47 <br /> Narrative(Optional) <br /> The priority ranking of needs for housing, homelessness, other special needs, community <br /> development, economic development, and anti-poverty are as follows: <br /> • High Priority-Activities are assigned a high priority if the County or Chapel Hill expects to <br /> fund them during the Five Year Consolidated Plan period. <br /> • Low Priority-Activities are assigned a low priority if the activity may not be funded by the <br /> County or Chapel Hill during the Five Year Consolidated Plan period.The County or Chapel <br /> Hill may support applications for other funding if those activities are consistent with the <br /> needs identified in the Five Year Consolidated Plan. <br /> SP-35 Anticipated Resources - 91 .420(b), 91 .215(a)(4), 91 .220(c)(1,2) <br /> Introduction <br /> The Orange County HOME Consortium anticipates receiving$375,000 in HOME funds for FFY <br /> 2024/PY 2025. Based on funding from the past five years,we expect the Orange County HOME <br /> Consortium will receive about$375,000 each year over the next five-year period.The following <br /> represents the County's anticipated resources for future years: <br /> • FFY 2020=$374,851 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2021 =$378,743.00 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2022=$443,498 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2023=$429,446 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2024=$367,013 HOME Funds <br /> • Total=$1,993,551 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2025=$375,000 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2026=$375,000 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2027=$375,000 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2028=$375,000 HOME Funds <br /> • FFY 2029=$375,000 HOME Funds <br /> • Total=$1,875,000 HOME Funds <br /> The accomplishments of these projects/activities will be reported in the FFY 2025 Consolidated <br /> Annual Performance and Evaluation Report(CAPER). <br /> Explain how federal funds will leverage those additional resources(private, state and local <br /> funds), including a description of how matching requirements will be satisfied <br /> The Orange County HOME Consortium will leverage additional funds from a variety of sources to <br /> address the needs identified in this plan. Orange County is the recipient of the North Carolina <br /> Housing Finance Agency Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool(ESFRLP) and Urgent <br /> Repair Program (URP)funds. Each recipient of SFRLP funds is awarded$190,000 to conduct <br /> moderate rehabilitation for owner-occupied homes belonging to households earning below 80% <br /> 44 <br />
