My family <br /> is from the area, generations back, and I am very invested in community engagement as a resident. <br /> Currently I serve on the Board for Neshama Animal Rescue; volunteer at UNC Hillsborough Hospital <br /> as a pet therapy team; host a weekly radio show and podcast to provide resources and information for <br /> the aging community (WPTF FM/AM); am a member of Triangle Healthcare Executives Forum; and <br /> previously volunteered on board committee at Habitat for Humanity. I also currently host a weekly radio show/podcast called Aging <br /> Matters that helps our aging population find information and resources in the community. I interview <br /> organizations such as Snow Approach, our local health systems, researchers and more!
