Income Tareetin~ (25 points) <br />Household Income Ran a Points to be Awarded <br />< 30 % of Area Median Income 25 <br /> <br />< 60 %, but >= 30 % of Area Median Income 20 <br /> <br />80 %, but >= 60 % of Area Median Income 15 <br />Note: For projects serving mixed-income ranges, a corresponding weighted average of <br />points will be awarded. <br />B. Levera~in~ (20 points) <br />The degree to which the proposed project includes funding from other sources and minimizes <br />County bond funds required, given the income groups served. All outside funding sources must <br />be committed within twelve (12) months of the date of the funding award.
