Applications will be pulled. Seats needs to be filled ASAP due to lack of quorum. <br /> c. Secretary position is open and needs to be filled as soon as possible. <br /> d. Annual report is due 1/17 <br /> V. Sub-Committee Reports <br /> a. Policies & Procedures <br /> i. Committee voted to maintain the 4th Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30 as <br /> the meeting date/time. (Jem Merritt motion, Josh Ravich Second) <br /> ii. Committee discussed adopting Roberts Rules of Order to formalize <br /> meeting structure. <br /> b. Outreach & Engagement <br /> i. Brooke's departure leaves the chair position open <br /> ii. Committee agreed to share duties amongst the remaining members. <br />
