Nearly 10 <br /> years of experience running monetary and award programs, which include creating or <br /> interpreting rules, analyzing guidelines, and making program offerings accessible to all <br /> stakeholders. I hold an undergraduate degree in communications studies, which I have used to <br /> design and execute communication strategies to reach desired communities. I hold a master's <br /> degree in organizational management and development, which I use to implement processes <br /> that make an organization run more effectively and efficiently. I know how to run programs and <br /> how to measure success. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> wanting to serve on this board:) have lived in Orange County for over 20 years. I care about the <br /> people that live here and their experiences. Affordable Housing is an interest of mine. I want to <br /> learn more about how the lack of affordable housing is impacting the community. I want to see <br /> how I can help from an informed vantage point. <br /> How would your particpation on this board contribute to the diversity of viewpoints? <br /> I place a high value on people's well-being and everyone being able to participate or at least be <br /> heard. I enjoy creating and contributing to spaces that allow for honest communication and that <br /> foster trust, honesty, fairness and transparency. I am aware of my own unique experiences and <br /> how those experiences may differ from others. I learn through encouraging others to share their <br /> experiences, especially when making decisions impact community. <br />
