The goal is to quickly re-house someone who recently became unsheltered and <br /> transition them to more permanent housing. <br /> Housing First A policy that advocates unconditional, permanent housing as quickly as possible to homeless people, and other <br /> supportive services afterward(House first,add supportive services later).
