Acceptance of Art Hanging System Donation <br /> The Board accepted the donation of an art hanging system from the Friends of the Southern <br /> Branch Library. <br /> i. Construction Contract Award for Piedmont Food Processing Center Heating, <br /> Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Replacement <br /> The Board: <br /> 1) Approved the County entering into a construction contract with Brady Trane Services, Inc. <br /> for the replacement of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units at the <br /> Piedmont Food Processing Center; and <br /> 2) Authorized the County Manager to execute the Agreement, subject to final review by the <br /> County Attorney, and any subsequent amendments for contingent and unforeseen <br /> requirements up to the approved budget on behalf of the Board. <br /> j.
