She said one <br /> applicant is already on two other boards, including the Board of Adjustment. She said they have <br /> talked about avoiding appointing the same people to both the Board of Adjustment and the <br /> Planning Board. She suggested Venkat Yendapalli for the Cedar Grove Township position. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to appoint Venkat Yendapalli for the Cedar Grove <br /> Township position. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to reappoint Statler Gilfillen for the Eno Township <br /> position. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to reappoint Whitney Watson to the at-large position. <br /> Commissioner Carter said that Elizabeth Bronson is currently serving on the Board of <br /> Adjustment. She suggested Jonah Garson for the vacant at-large position. <br /> Commissioners McKee and Portie-Ascott agreed on the suggestion of Jonah Garson for <br /> the vacant at-large position. <br /> Commissioner Fowler suggested Noah Rannells. <br /> Commissioner Greene suggested Felix Ortiz. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to appoint Jonah Garson to the vacant at-large position. <br /> Chair Bedford asked if the Board should not reappoint Elizabeth Bronson since she serves <br /> on the Board of Adjustment. She said she was supportive of reappointing Elizabeth Bronson. <br /> Commissioner McKee said he did not feel she should be removed. <br /> Commissioner Greene agreed. <br /> Commissioner Carter said there is an opportunity to bring more representation to the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott said it causes confusion in the community to have people <br /> serve on both. <br /> Chair Bedford asked if they should find out her preferences. <br /> Commissioner McKee said he would want her to continue to serve because he would not <br /> want to penalize her without cause. <br /> Chair Bedford said it would not be for cause, but because of a potential conflict of interest. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus to reappoint Elizabeth Bronson to the at-large position <br /> on the Planning Board. <br />
