She said there is a resolution that sets the length of the term to two <br /> 25 years, and term limits are not mentioned. She said the state statutes do not set a term limit. <br /> 26 Commissioner Carter asked about members of the Board of Equalization and Review <br /> 27 serving on multiple boards. <br /> 28 Chair Bedford said in the past that the Board has said that serving on the Board of <br /> 29 Equalization and Review does not preclude them from serving on other boards, because the <br /> 30 Board of Equalization and Review does not meet very often. <br />
