(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Bedford called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners were present, <br /> 21 except Commissioner Greene. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Vice-Chair Hamilton, to add <br /> 24 discussion of a letter regarding federal budget impacts to the agenda. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Chair Bedford said they would take that item up at the end of the published agenda. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 1. Boards and Commissions —Annual Work Plan Summaries <br /> 31 The Board received brief presentations from representatives from the first group of County <br /> 32 boards and commissions on their annual work plans and provide feedback and/or direction. The <br /> 33 first group of work plan presentations occurred at the February 11, 2025 work session. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 BACKGROUND: Each year the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) requests that internal <br /> 36 boards and commissions complete reports on the activities each board has conducted over the <br /> 37 past year and a plan for future activities consistent with the goals and objectives of the BOCC. <br /> 38 The Chairs or other board representatives make presentations to the BOCC to share the <br /> 39 information in their written report.
