Orange County Solid Waste <br />Scalehouse Building 00 21 13 -6 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br />1.19 BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS <br />A.Bids will be accepted from Bidders who are regularly engaged in,and licensed to <br />perform,the work they are bidding,which represents a significant portion of their total <br />volume and who perform this work with workers regularly employed on their direct <br />payrolls. Before a bid is considered for award,the Bidder may be requested by the <br />Engineer to submit a statement of facts in detail as to its previous experience in <br />performing similar or comparable work and of its business and technical organization and <br />financial resources available to be used in contemplated work.
