Factory painted heads to match the <br />sheet metal color. <br />2.Sheet metal to wood attachment (concealed):#10 stainless steel,low profile <br />pancake head with length to penetrate substrate a minimum of 1-1/2 inches. <br />3.Sheet metal to sheet metal attachment (exposed):1/4 inch x 7/8 inch carbon <br />steel,self-drilling point,self-tapping,zinc alloy hex head screws with bonded <br />EPDM tubular washer under head of fastener;screw heads to match color of wall <br />panel by means of factory applied coating. Factory painted heads to match the <br />sheet metal color. <br />4.Sheet metal to light gauge steel attachment (concealed):#14-13 DP1 stainless- <br />steel low-profile pancake head of length as required for three threads to <br />penetrate metal substrate or min.1 inch penetration though wood substrates. <br />C.Concrete and Masonry Anchors:1/4 inch diameter metal-based expansion anchor with <br />stainless steel pin of length to penetrate substrate a minimum of 1-1/2 inches. Factory <br />painted heads to match the sheet metal color. <br />D.Washers:Stainless steel with neoprene gasket backing. <br />1.9/16 inch diameter for use with #12 screws <br />2.5/8 inch diameter for use with 1/4 inch diameter concrete and masonry anchors. <br />E.Rivets: #44 stainless steel rivets with stainless steel mandrel and factory painted head to <br />match adjacent sheet metal. Length to properly fasten particular sheet metal <br />components. <br />2.5 RELATED MATERIALS <br />A.Sealants: <br />1.Silicone Sealant:One-component,non-sag,neutral cure,low-modulus,UV <br />resistant,high performance silicone sealant meeting ASTM C920,Type S,Grade <br />NS,Class 100/50,Use NT,M,G,A or O. Color to match sheet metal color <br />selected by Owner.
