Orange County Solid Waste <br />Scalehouse Building 01 31 00 -3 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND <br />COORDINATION <br />1.Attend monthlyprogress meetings for the purpose of informing the Owner and <br />the Engineer regarding the status of the project.The Engineer will compile <br />minutes of the meeting and will furnish a copy of the minutes to each person <br />present. <br />2.Attendance: Owner,Engineer,Contractor,Job Superintendent,material <br />Supplier,and Subcontractors,as appropriate. Provide an updated job progress <br />schedule at each weekly meeting. Be thoroughly familiar with the status of the <br />project and be prepared to discuss and act upon situations that arise. The time, <br />date and location of these meetings will be established during pre-construction <br />conference. <br />3.Minimum Agenda: Review of work progress;field observations,problems,and <br />decisions;identification of problems which impede planned progress; <br />maintenance of progress schedule;corrective measures to regain projected <br />schedules;planned progress during succeeding work period;coordination of <br />projected progress;maintenance of quality and work standards;processing of <br />field decisions and Change Orders;effect of proposed changes on progress, <br />schedule,and coordination;other business relating to work. <br />C.Substantial Completion Inspection Meeting <br />1.Scheduled by Owner and Engineer upon written notification of substantial <br />completion of work from the Contractor. <br />2.Attendance: Owner,Engineer,Contractor,material manufacturer. <br />3.Minimum Agenda: Walkover inspection,verification of substantial completion, <br />identification of punch list items and identification of problems potentially <br />impeding issuance of warranties. <br />D.Final Inspection Meeting <br />1.Scheduled by Owner and Engineer upon written notification of final completion of <br />work from the Contractor. <br />2.Attendance: Owner,Engineer,Contractor. <br />3.Minimum Agenda: Verification of final completion including the completion of the <br />punch list items. <br />END OF SECTION <br />Docusign Envelope ID: FA2D0569-6BCE-4E38-B3EE-9B3EFD09A753
