Orange County Solid Waste <br />Scalehouse Building 01 31 00 -1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND <br />COORDINATION <br />SECTION 01 31 00 <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br />1.1 SUMMARY <br />A.Section Includes: <br />1.This Section includes administrative provisions for coordinating construction <br />operations on Project including,but not limited to,the following: <br />a.Project Schedule <br />b.General project coordination procedures. <br />c.Coordination. <br />d.Administrative and supervisory personnel <br />e.Project meetings <br />1.2 RELATED DOCUMENTS <br />A.Drawings and general provisions of the Contract,including General and Supplementary <br />Conditions and Specification Sections apply to this Section. <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A.Emergency contact list:Key personnel including home,office and mobile numbers,for <br />the Owner,Contractor,Subcontractor(s),and Engineer <br />B.Work schedule: <br />1.Indicate start date,crew size,production rate,completion date,etc. <br />2.Provide illustrated schedule on an aerial map. <br />1.4 COORDINATION <br />A.Coordinate construction operations with those of other contractors and entities to ensure <br />efficient and orderly installation of each part of the Work.
