Orange County Solid Waste <br />Scalehouse Building 01 26 00 -3 CONTRACT MODIFICATION <br />PROCEDURES <br />1.The Construction Change Directive will contain a description of the change in the <br />Work and designate the method followed to determine the change in the Contract <br />Sum or Contract Time. <br />2.Submit unit costs,equipment rates and labor rates as requested by the Engineer <br />and agree upon submitted rates before the work progresses unless directed to <br />proceed in the absences of an agreement or in an emergency. <br />B.Documentation:Maintain detailed records on a time and material basis of work required <br />by the Construction Change Directive.Provide a copy of those records the Engineer. <br />1.After completion of the change,submit an itemized account and supporting data <br />necessary to substantiate cost and time adjustments to the Contract. <br />END OF SECTION <br />Docusign Envelope ID: FA2D0569-6BCE-4E38-B3EE-9B3EFD09A753
