1 <br /> <br /> <br />Starpoint Scanning Scope of Work for Orange County Planning Department <br />Starpoint Imaging Services, also known as “Starpoint”, will provide digital scanning and indexing <br />services to the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department (“Orange County Planning”), <br />as requested and contracted. Starpoint is capable of scanning any or all of these records at an all- <br />inclusive per-image rate of $0.080 for any paper 11 inches wide or less, and large-format 24 inches <br />wide or greater items for $2.00 per page. Actual project costs will be based only on the actual <br />number of images scanned and indexed, and the all-inclusive pricing includes boxing (if needed), <br />pick-up, intake, prep, scanning, indexing, Quality Control, data formatting, data delivery, and six <br />(6) months of storage for both original hardcopies and digitized data. Starpoint considers <br />“exceptional projects” as those which average 10 or fewer pages per file. These projects require a <br />significant increase in data entry labor per box and have an increased per-image rate.
