Page 1 of 2 Orange County EMS Generator and AHU Proposal #44OP-353453-CO1: Siemens will provide material and labor to the Orange County EMS building to place new sensors and associated materials required as secondary option of monitoring the building. Building Automation Solution to expand the existing Siemens building management system onsite. This proposed solution includes project management, installation, and building automation technician field services per the following scope of work below. Total Price: $10,100.77* *Siemens’ pricing is subject to adjustment for any direct or indirect new or modified taxes, duties, tariffs, or equivalent measures imposed by any U.S. or foreign governmental authority that are applicable to our offering, including any hardware, software, or service components contained therein. Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in pricing to reflect the impacts of any such measures. Please note that the aforementioned measures specifically include any price adjustments required as a result of increased costs incurred by Siemens due to tariffs imposed by any governmental authority (including, without limitation, increased costs due to tariffs imposed by any governmental authority on Siemens’ vendors). Scope of Work • Siemens will provide project management & coordination services for the project. • Siemens will provide electrical installation for the project. • Siemens will provide building automation technician services for the project. Exclusions / Clarifications • Project is estimated based on normal business hours implementation. • All exclusions and clarifications from the original proposal apply. • Proposal is good for 30 days.
