Perform site walkthroughs for 4 sites as detailed below: <br />a. Site 1: Hillsborough Commons - 113 Mayo Street, Hillsborough NC 27278 <br />i. Base scope: (4) EV Chargers <br />ii. Select all necessary infrastructure for (8) additional future EV chargers <br />b. Site 2: Whitted health complex - 300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough NC <br />i. Base scope: (2) EV Chargers <br />ii. Select all necessary infrastructure for (6) additional future EV chargers <br />c. Site 3: Justice Facility – DA Office - 106 E. Margaret Lane, Hillsborough NC 27278 <br />i. Base scope: (2) EV Chargers <br />ii. Select all necessary infrastructure for (4) additional future EV chargers <br />d. Site 4: Southern Human Services - 2501 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, NC <br />i. Base scope: (2) EV Chargers <br />ii. Select all necessary infrastructure for (6) additional future EV chargers <br />2. Coordination with utility engineers where applicable to coordinate new service sizes and <br />locations. <br />3. Electrical permit drawings for 4 sites as noted above. <br />a. Drawings will note location of base chargers location of future chargers to ensure new <br />Duke Energy service is sized correctly <br />4. Assist with Duke rebate documentation. <br />5. Provide a construction-phase proposal for each site, which will include: <br />a. Lump sum budgets for base scope and additional charger additions <br />b. Preliminary construction schedule <br />c. Detailed narrative scope of work <br /> <br />Exclusions <br />1. No architectural fees or scope of work has been included in this scope of work. <br />2.
