Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board adopted a resolution to release property tax values for five (5) taxpayers with a <br /> total of five (5) bills that will result in a reduction of revenue. <br /> d. Late Applications for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br /> The Board approved two (2) untimely applications for exemption/exclusion from ad valorem <br /> taxation for two (2) bills for the 2024 tax year. <br /> e. World Water Day Proclamation <br /> The Board approved a proclamation designating March 22, 2025, as World Water Day in <br /> Orange County. <br /> f. Contract Amendment with Farragut Systems, Inc. for Land Records Computer Assisted <br /> Mass Appraisal (LR CAMA) System Conversion Protect <br /> The Board: <br /> 1) approved a contract amendment with Farragut Systems, Inc. for an addendum to the <br /> Orange County Land Records Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (LR CAMA) system <br /> conversion project that provides additional support from Farragut to assist with data extraction <br /> and validation; and <br />
