Participating in weekly project design meetings <br /> II. Prepare construction cost estimate for the Schematic,Design Development and <br /> Construction Documents <br /> III. Collaborate and reconcile estimates with the Design Team <br /> IV. Propose and evaluate potential value analysis, if applicable <br /> V. Review of plans and specifications for conformance with project requirements <br /> VI. Creation of a detailed project schedule that integrates pre-construction, permitting, <br /> procurement,and construction phases <br /> VII. Review of proposed materials and construction feasibility <br /> VIII. Creation and evaluation of construction phasing and logistics <br /> The scope of work described herein is anticipated to be provided during a six(6) month period,after <br /> which any services would be provided on a Time&Material basis. <br /> Cost: <br /> For the performance of these preconstruction services,Gilbane's costs for the above scope of work is <br /> $179,928.
