26 <br /> 23.7. The CMAR shall record and effectuate the correction of deficiencies submitted by the Owner and <br /> the Project Designer subject at all times to the dispute resolution procedures incorporated herein. <br /> 23.8. The Project Designer shall in all cases make final interpretation of the Contract Documents and rule <br /> on compliance of the Work. <br /> 23.9. Should any Work be covered up or concealed prior to required inspection and approval by the <br /> Project Designer, such Work shall be uncovered or exposed for inspection, if so requested by the <br /> Project Designer in writing. Inspection of the Work will be made promptly upon notice from the <br /> Subcontractor. All cost involved in uncovering, repairing, replacing, recovering and restoring to <br /> design condition,the Work that has been covered or concealed will be paid by the CMAR. <br /> 23.10. If any other portion of the Work has been covered which the Project Designer has not specifically <br /> requested to observe prior to being covered, the Project Designer or Owner's Representative may <br /> request to see such Work and it shall be uncovered by the CMAR. If such Work be found in <br /> accordance with the Construction Documents, the cost of uncovering and replacement shall, by <br /> appropriate change order,be charged to the Owner. If such Work be found not in accordance with <br /> the Contract Documents,the CMAR shall pay such costs. <br /> 24.TIME OF COMPLETION,DELAYS,EXTENSION OF TIME <br /> 24.1. The pre-construction services schedule shall not exceed one calendar year from the execution of <br /> this Agreement. Once the Notice to Proceed is issued, the CMAR will complete construction <br /> services within sixteen (16) months and one (1) month for state and local occupancy permitting <br /> inspections, for a total of seventeen (17) months. The CMAR shall commence provision of <br /> services under this Contract not later than five days after the date of this Contract, and shall fully <br /> complete all services hereunder and accomplish the substantial and final completion of the Project <br /> in accordance with the following target schedule,which shall be adhered to unless otherwise agreed <br /> by the Owner: <br /> 24.1.1.GMP#1—Design Package Completion <br /> 24.1.2.CMAR submits GMP#1 to Owner <br /> 24.1.3.Board Approval of GMP#1 <br /> 24.1.4. GMP#2—Design Package Completion <br /> 24.1.5.Presentation of Schematic Design <br /> 24.1.6.Completion of Schematic Design <br /> 24.1.7.CMAR submits GMP#2 to Owner <br /> 24.1.8.Board approval of GMP#2 <br /> 24.1.9.Completion of Design Development <br /> 24.1.10. GMP#3—Design Package Completion <br /> 24.1.11.
