20 <br />Revised 01/24 <br />Attachment D - Key Milestone Listing <br /> <br />Initial Assessment and Cost Estimate <br />• Within 1 month: <br />o Conduct project kickoff meeting of A/E key team members and County representatives to resolve logistics and scheduling of on-site <br />activities. <br />o Commence archival research and interviews. <br />• Within 3 months: <br />o Complete field work of site survey and photogrammetric recording; begin preparation of drawings. <br />• Within 4 months: <br />o With research information and diagrammatic images in hand, commence assessments of courthouse and site. <br />• Within 5 months: <br />o Confer with County design committee regarding preliminary findings and recommendations of potential options. <br />• Within 6 months: <br />o Complete assessments and recommendations as per discussion with County design committee. <br />o Initiate review of recommended work with cost estimator. <br />• Within 7 months: <br />o Conduct informal presentation of findings and recommendations to County design committee, deliver draft Assessment Report of <br />findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for recommended actions. <br />• Within 8 months: <br />o Upon receipt of written review comments from County, make final adjustments to Assessment Report. <br />• Within 9 months: <br />o Submit final Assessment Report. <br />o Participate in presentation of findings, if appropriate. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 3DD626EF-3280-4209-9EC4-CB2ED42A61FB
