If so, what funds were <br />used? <br />☒ Yes ☐ No <br /> <br />☒ Funding used (Please describe): <br />Past solar installations were completed using funds from the <br />Orange County Climate Action Fund, the East Chapel Hill Rotary <br />Club, Habitat operating funds raised through private donations, <br />and Duke Energy rebates. We have also achieved cost-savings <br />through discounted labor and materials provided by Southern <br />Energy Management and Strata Solar. <br />22. Please provide a brief <br />description of similar past <br />achievements or projects and <br />evidence of successfully <br />meeting proposed budgets <br />and timetables (2-4 <br />sentences). <br />Orange Habitat has completed solar installations on 18 low-income <br />homes with an additional 12 homes under contract. The majority of <br />these homes have been located in the historically Black neighborhood <br />of Fairview in Hillsborough, NC. Habitat has a long track-record of <br />effectively using public and private funds to successfully meet budget <br />and construction benchmarks. <br />23.
