<br />Meeting Minutes <br />PDC 23022 2 <br /> <br /> <br />• Any roofing work will need to be performed by a roofing contractor authorized by the roofing manufacturer <br />holding the warranty on the roof to maintain the warranty. This information will be provided in an <br />addendum. <br /> <br />Project & Timeline: <br />• Existing units must stay operational until new units are in the contractor’s possession and ready to install. <br />• Include a $25,000 allowance with your bid <br />• Project duration is set at 250 days from Notice to Proceed. Based on equipment lead times, this may be <br />extended at the Engineer’s discretion via a no-cost change order. <br />• $1,000/day liquidated damages <br />• Sales Tax forms are included in the bid package and will be required with each monthly pay application. <br />• Make sure you are familiar with the General and Supplementary Conditions. <br />• All work must be inspected by PDC and the Local Inspector. <br />• The Owner has hired a third-party Commissioning Agent to oversee commissioning of the new unit. The <br />contractor’s bid should include labor, materials, and time for the third-party commissioning process, <br />including, but not limited to, filling out pre-functional test forms, attending separate commissioning <br />meetings, and facilitating functional performance testing. <br /> <br />Additional Documents: <br />• Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Progressive Design Collaborative <br />at sgado@pdcengineers.com. <br /> <br />We believe the foregoing to be an accurate summary of discussions and related decisions.
