Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, <br />formal single prime bids are solicited and will be received in the office of Orange County Financial / Administrative <br />Services, 131 W. Margaret Lane Suite 300, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278 , at any time before 2:00 PM on <br />JANUARY 9, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. <br />Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Orange County, Financial Services, <br />Attn: Jovana Amaro. The outside of the envelope must be marked "PROPOSAL FOR ORANGE <br />COUNTY SPORTSPLEX POOL HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT" and shall indicate the name, address, <br />telephone number and state license number of the bidder. Proposals must be submitted on the printed <br />form, or exact copies thereof, contained in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. <br /> <br />• M/WBE paperwork must be filled out. <br />• Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. <br />• All questions are due in writing by EOD on January 2, 2025. <br />• PDC will issue the first addendum on December 19, 2024, and final addendum on January 3, 2025. <br />o The addendum will be issued by email. <br />o We reserve the right to issue an addendum after 01/03/25 if contractors wait to ask questions <br />beyond the scheduled date of the last addendum.
