<br /> <br /> <br />pdcengineers.com <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ADDENDUM 01 – GENERAL <br /> <br />DATE: December 19, 2024 <br /> <br />PROJECT: Orange County Sportsplex Pool HVAC Unit <br /> PDC Project No. 23022 <br /> <br />This Addendum, applicable to the work designed below, shall be understood to be and is a change to the bid <br />documents and shall be part of and included in the contract for the above referenced project. All General, <br />Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these items. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Refer to enclosed sign-in sheet for Pre-Bid meeting attendance. <br />2. Refer to enclosed MEETING MINUTES from Pre-Bid meeting. <br />3. The facility will be available for additional site visits on December 23, and December 30, at 10AM. <br />4. Emailed bids will NOT be accepted. All bids must be hand delivered in physical envelopes. Refer to <br />specification section 00 11 13 – Advertisement for Bids for information. <br />5. It is anticipated that the Crane lift will occur during normal 9AM-5PM hours and the Owner will coordinate <br />evacuating the portions of the facility affected during that time. <br />6. The project duration will be set for 250 days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer and Owner <br />reserve the right to issue a no cost change order to extend this based on equipment lead times. <br />9. It is assumed that the new unit will be provided with a roof curb adapter to interface with the existing roof <br />curb.
