Description of Work <br />Marmic Fire & Safety (“Marmic”) recommends that you proceed with the attached quoted repair to bring your Fire Protection System into <br />compliance. Should you choose not to accept the quoted repair, any liability related to the operation of the system is assumed by you, the <br />customer and quote recipient. Please provide your approval if you wish to proceed with the quoted repairs. Thank you for allowing Marmic <br />to manage your building life safety services. <br />Scope: <br />Replace inoperable fire alarm control panel with manufacturer recommended replacement. <br />Exclusions: <br />Architectural and/or Engineered Drawings <br />Patching or Painting <br />Emergency Labor Service <br />Changes made by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) <br />Municipality License Fees <br />Permit and/or Plan Review Fees <br />Lift/Scaffolding/Special Equipment <br />This quote assumes regular work hours, M-F, and does not provide for after hours, overtime, or prevailing wage labor. All parts and <br />materials expected to be needed are included. Should conditions require additional parts or materials, they will be quoted to the <br />customer. If additional deficiencies are noted during the performance of this service, additional quotes can be submitted to the customer. <br />Due to inflation and tariffs imposed on import steel and other materials, any materials that may be listed in this quote are subject to a <br />respective increase of up to 20% and will be adjusted accordingly at the time of invoicing.
