Page 6 of 14 <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event any contract or purchase order <br />related to this proposal contains a provision that requires Brady to comply with any guidance <br />for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workplace <br />Task Force. <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event Brady is unable to perform due <br />to inability to secure qualified subcontractors willing to comply with any guidance for <br />contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workplace <br />Task Force, or Brady’s inability to comply with such guidance. <br />Split System Scope Of Work <br />Equipment Demolition, Installation and Specification <br />Brady will recover refrigerant from equipment prior to removal per EPA guidelines, disconnect <br />all power wiring, control wiring, duct work and refrigeration piping as needed for the complete <br />removal and disposal of the existing system. <br />Brady will include all labor, accessories, tools, equipment and materials required to execute the <br />installation of a new Trane Mitsubishi Ductless split system. <br />Equipment Details Below; <br />•Product Data - Trane Mitsubishi Ductless Split System <br />•Qty: 2 Tag(s): ODS/IDS-1, ODS/IDS-2 <br />Single Zone Heat Pump Outdoor Unit <br />Wind Baffle (Field Installed) <br />Wired Remote Controller (Field Installed) <br />Ceiling Cassette Indoor Unit <br />Ceiling Cassette Panel (Field Installed) <br />Condensate Pump (Field Installed) <br />Pipe, Valves, Fittings <br />Brady will furnish and install all pipe, valves, fittings and specialty items as needed for <br />refrigeration piping. <br />All refrigeration piping will be type “L” hard drawn copper tubing and wrought copper fittings. All <br />piping will be cleaned, dehydrated, sealed and marked ACR. <br />Copper to copper joints will be brazed with a copper-phosphorous brazing alloy containing a <br />minimum of 15% silver. <br />After completing piping work, Brady will perform a piping pressure test.
