County transportation information is included in 90 outreach <br /> events each year. <br /> 3. Increase by 1 percentage point every two years the <br /> percentage of residents who are satisfied with biking, walking, <br /> and bus travel, as reported in the community survey. <br /> 4. Add at least one transportation network connection each year <br /> through implementation of the Transportation Multi-Modal <br /> Plan. <br /> 5.
