The project is <br />located within 69.58 acres of property at 1125 New Grady Brown Road. The <br />request proposes development consisting of: <br />• Application is proposing to re-zone the property to NR-CD for future <br />development on the school campus <br />The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br />Plan, dated October 18, 2024. These findings should not be interpreted as the <br />Division’s final analysis/approval of the proposed development.
