The project is <br />located within 190.60 acres of property at 4901 Dairyland Road. The request <br />proposes development consisting of: <br />38 lots <br />The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required <br />Site Plan, dated February 6, 2025, and made available on February 6, 2025. <br />These findings should not be interpreted as the Division’s final analysis/approval of <br />the proposed development. Soil and site evaluations have not been conducted by <br />the Orange County Health Department, Environmental Health Division. The Health <br />Department’s role in the Amendment is compliance to the Orange County Unified <br />Development Ordinance. <br />255
