March 25, 2025 <br />NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />This notice is to inform you of the April 9, 2025, Planning Board meeting, at which an <br />application to rezone a +/-11.22 acres (PIN: 0910-24-6642) will be reviewed. The parcel’s <br />address is 9900 NC 57, Rougemont, within the Little River Township. This notification is <br />occurring in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 Zoning Atlas and Unified <br />Development Ordinance Amendments of the Orange County Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO). The Planning Board makes a recommendation to the <br />Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The Planning Board must recommend one of <br />the following four actions at their meeting, 1) Approval, 2) Denial, 3) Approval, but with <br />specified changes, or 4) that the Planning Board be given extended time to consider the <br />matter. <br />Attachment 3 148
