The applicant is proposing to terminate the existing go-kart use which may eliminate concerns related to the <br />go-kart use including noise, light, pollution, trash, and traffic. <br /> <br />Following BOCC approval, the applicant will pursue an impervious surface transfer, per Section 4.2.8 of the <br />UDO. This document shall allocate impervious surface area from the +/- 69-acre tract to the +/- 11.22-acre <br />tract. The impervious surface transfer shall be reviewed by Planning staff prior to recording at the Orange <br />County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> <br />A formal site plan is required to be submitted as part of a conditional rezoning application. Approval of the <br />site plan is part of the REDA-CD-1 rezoning process. Any agreed-upon conditions are binding to the <br />development footprint permitted for the zoning district. Staff has recommended the imposition of conditions, <br />as featured in the Ordinance. <br />142
