BATTERIES, PAIN, ITEMS WITH A FOUL SMELLAT MANAGEMENT DISCRETION, STOLEN PROPERTY, GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL CONTAINERSOR ANYTHING THAT WOULD HOLD COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID, PROPANE, OXYGEN, OR ACETYLENETANKS, ANY TANKS THAT CONTAIN EXPLOSIVE CONTENTS, NO AGRICULTURE CHEMICALS OFANY KIND, GAS POWERED EQUIPMENT OR ANY ITEMS THAT WOULD, OR COULD BE ILLEGALUNDER STATE OR FEDERAL LAW, OR COULD DAMAGE THE STORAGE UNIT, OR FACILITY INANYWAY. NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND SHALL BE KEPT IN THE RENTAL UNIT. LESSEE SHALL NOTPERFORM WORK OF ANY KIND IN ANY UNIT. TENANT SHALL NOT RESIDE, SLEEP, COOK, ORCONSUME ALCOHOL BEVERAGE ON SAID LEASED UNIT. TENANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THISSTORAGE CENTER SHALL NOT BE USED AS A SITE FOR HOBBIES, GARAGE SALES, BANDPRACTICES, PARTIES, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, STAGING AREA FOR AN EVENT, ETC. TENANTACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE USE IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR RESIDENTIAL, INCIDENTAL,SELF-STORAGE OF MERCHANDISE RELATED TO OFF-SITE BUSINESS OR COMMERCIALENTERPRISE. MANAGEMENT HOLDS FULL DISCRETION ON ALL THE ABOVE ISSUES AND WILLENFORCE THEM ACCORDINGLY.134
