Converting the racetrack into a storage facility significantly reduces and essentially eliminates the traffic flow, resulting in a calmer and quieter neighborhood. c. Enhanced Property Values: i. A reduction in noise pollution and a transition to a quieter neighborhood can positively impact property values. Homes and properties located in peaceful surroundings are generally more appealing to potential buyers and renters. Therefore, the conversion of the OC Kart track into a storage facility could potentially enhance property values.
