2. Community-Centric Approach: We aim to engage with the local community and businesses to
identify their storage needs. This will enable us to offer customized services that align with the
expectations and requirements of our neighbors.

3. Sustainable Operations: In line with the eco-friendly practices of the solar plant, Bully Self
Storage will implement sustainability initiatives that minimize our environmental impact, such as
utilizing solar energy and green building materials.

4. Support Local Economic Growth: By offering storage solutions that cater to both residential
and commercial clients, Bully Self Storage will contribute to the economic vitality of the REDA
district, providing valuable resources for local businesses and residents alike.

Stormwater Management
Bully Self Storage is committed to environmental responsibility, and this includes preserving the delicate
watershed in which it is situated. The facility employs self-imposed innovative techniques, such as using
#57 stone aggregate in its landscaping to promote ground water infiltration. The permeable nature of
the stone aggregate allows rainwater to penetrate into the ground naturally, replenishing underground
aquifers and reducing runoff. By minimizing stormwater runoff, the risk of erosion and pollutants
entering nearby water bodies is significantly reduced, ultimately preserving the local watershed and
contributing to the overall ecological health of the region.

Vegetated Buffers
At our eco-conscious development, we have incorporated thoughtfully designed vegetated buffers that
seamlessly blend in with the native flora of the surrounding landscape. These buffers serve as natural
barriers, protecting sensitive areas, while creating a harmonious transition between developed spaces
and the untouched wilderness. The project’s primary focus is on preserving the existing biodiversity of
the region. Therefore, we have meticulously chosen native plant species that thrive in the local climate
and soil conditions. These plants are well-adapted to the area, requiring minimal maintenance and
reducing the need for artificial inputs like fertilizers or pesticides. To mimic the natural diversity found in
the nearby wilderness, we have created a mosaic of plant communities within the vegetated buffers.
This includes a mix of grasses, shrubs, and canopy trees, replicating the layers of vegetation commonly
found in native ecosystems. This diversity can also provides habitat for a some of of local wildlife,
including birds, insects, and small mammals. In conclusion, our landscape features thoughtfully blended
vegetated buffers with native flora, creating a picturesque and ecologically conscious setting. By
incorporating diverse communities, graded slopes, and wildlife-friendly design, we ensure the protection
and enhancement of the surrounding environment. This approach not only preserves the beauty and
ecological balance of the area, but also fosters a deeper connection between residents and the natural
world that surrounds them.
105
