2 <br /> RES-2025-018 <br /> Prepared by and return after recording to: Morgan Pierce,Orange County Attorney's Office,P.O.Box 8181, <br /> Hillsborough,NC 27278 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> A RESOLUTION RESCINDING PAST COUNTY REVIEW OFFICER APPOINTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 47-30.2 the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners has from time to time since September 1997 adopted resolutions <br /> appointing and/or rescinding one or more named persons who are certified property mapper(s) <br /> holding current certification from the Department of the Secretary of State pursuant of North <br /> Carolina General Statute 147-54.4, as Review Officers,with the same being recorded in the Office <br /> of the Register of Deeds for Orange County; <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to NCGS 47-30.2, said revision must be made by resolutions of the <br /> Board of Commissioners with said resolution being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br /> for Orange County; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners that <br /> the appointment of Lori Berry as a Review Officer for Orange County, which was effective 6th <br /> day of March, 2014 as a Review Officer for Orange County, is rescinded and said person is <br /> removed from the list of personnel authorized to carry out the Review Officer responsibilities for <br /> Orange County because said person is no longer employed with Orange County.
