Mattress Factory Road Extension to U.S. 70: Extend Mattress Factory Road northward across <br /> East Washington Street and the NCRR/Norfolk Southern railroad right-of-way to intersect U.S. 70 <br /> and close the existing railroad crossover road connecting East Washington Street and U.S. 70 <br /> approximately 240 feet to the east of the intersection of Mattress Factory Road and East <br /> Washington Street. <br /> 4. Buckhorn Road (SR 1114) Widening_ Widen Buckhorn Road from 1-40/1-85 to West Ten Road <br /> (SR1144) to multiple lanes with bicycle and pedestrian facilities with grade separation over <br /> railroad to US-70. <br /> 5.
