3 <br /> STORMWATER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN / CONDITIONS: <br /> Attachment A, (Dry Detention Basin Operation and Maintenance Agreement) <br /> establishes the operation and maintenance plan for the approved stormwater control <br /> measures approved for the Project. <br /> The undersigned Orange County — Travis Myren (Property Owner) acknowledges and <br /> agrees by signing below that they are responsible for the performance of the stormwater <br /> control measures (SCMs) contained within Attachment A and that these restrictions <br /> shall be binding on it and its successors in interest. <br /> Further, Orange County — Travis Myren (Property Owner) hereby acknowledges and <br /> agrees to inform the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department of any <br /> problems, including maintenance issues, with the system and further acknowledges and <br /> agrees to inform Orange County of any modification of the previously approved <br /> stormwater control measures (SCMs) or a change in the responsible party prior to the <br /> initiation of said modification. <br /> Signature Date <br /> NOTE: The Property Owner(legally responsible party) should not be a homeowners association unless <br /> more than 50% of the individual lots within the development have been sold and a resident of the <br /> subdivision has been named president. Further, maintenance of a stormwater control measure(s) <br /> (SCMs) shall not be transferred to a homeowners association without the holding of required meetings as <br /> detailed within the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). <br /> NOTARY INFO HERE <br />
