Yes No. If yes, the amended date of substantial completion is: March <br />26, 2025 <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />Full Description of Change: Provide labor and materials to re-engineer and re-program BAS associated with the AAON unit. <br />Reason for Change: The AAON unit that was shipped to the site was equipped for stand alone control, with multiple safeties built into the unit to the <br />control fan enable and compressors. The unit was specified to be shipped without controls so that Siemens would install their controls and tie into the <br />Desigo system. This rework was required in order to tie this unit into the controls.
