The <br />underground utility data shall be overlayed to the new BOE survey by this Firm. <br /> <br />Fixed Fee: $4,250.00 <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1) We are prepared to commence work within the timeframe of the original Agreement upon <br />acceptance of this Addendum and after utilities have been marked by sub-consultant. <br /> 2) All conditions of the original Agreement are in effect for this Addendum. <br /> <br /> <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
