<br /> <br /> PROPOSAL <br /> <br />2/5/25 <br /> <br />Orange County <br /> <br />Re: Demolition of house on 2601 Lannie Dr. <br /> <br />Kate Hamlett, <br /> <br />Thanks for this opportunity to provide Orange County with this proposal to do the demolition <br />on the house at (2601 Lannie Dr) in Hillsborough. We will access the property on Lannie Dr and <br />clear away the overgrown area, decks and house debris around the house to safely remove the <br />structure from the property. All debris will be taken to the local landfill and scrap metal will be <br />removed as well! ACC will get the water and power disconnected but the existing septic tank <br />will remain! If there are any additional septic systems or wells other than the one septic tank on <br />the front of the house that is encountered it will not be ACC’s responsibility to repair or <br />replace! There will need to be section of fence removed in the front of the house for demolition <br />and tree limbs cut back that are hanging over from the property next door to get equipment <br />and trucks onto the site for removal of the debris.
