Revised 01/24 <br />1 <br /> [Departmental Use Only] <br /> TITLE Demolition House <br /> FY 24/25 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT NO RFP/RFQ <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br /> <br /> This Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), made and entered into this 3rd day of <br />March, 2025, (“Effective Date”) by and between Orange County, North Carolina a political <br />subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter, the "County") and Atlantic Commercial <br />Contractors, (hereinafter, the "Provider"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> That the County and Provider, for the consideration herein named, do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Services <br /> <br />a. Scope of Work. <br /> <br />i) This Agreement is for services to be rendered by Provider to County with respect <br />to (insert type of project): The <br />ii) demolition on the house at (2601 Lannie Dr) in Hillsborough. We will access the <br />property on Lannie Dr and clear away the overgrown area, decks and house debris <br />around the house to safely remove the structure from the property. All debris will be <br />taken to the local landfill and scrap metal will be removed as well! ACC will get the <br />water and power disconnected but the existing septic tank will remain! If there are <br />any additional septic systems or wells other than the one septic tank on the front of <br />the house that is encountered it will not be ACC’s responsibility to repair or replace! <br />There will need to be section of fence removed in the front of the house for <br />demolition and tree limbs cut back that are hanging over from the property next <br />door to get equipment and trucks onto the site for removal of the debris. The County <br />will need to communicate with adjacent home owners for this debris removal. <br />Please See Attached Proposal dated 02/05/25. <br /> <br />iii) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br />qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br />required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br />timely manner. <br /> <br />iv) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> <br />v) The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br />described and designated in Section 3 hereof. Compensation to the Provider for <br />Basic Services under this Agreement shall be as set forth herein. <br /> <br />2.
