TECHNICAL APPROACH <br /> ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT | NOVEMBER 22, 2024 <br />RFP #367-OC 5439 | COMPREHENSIVE USER FEE STUDIES PAGE 24 <br /> <br />Project Work-Time Breakdown <br />Based on years of experience, MGT proposes the following breakdown regarding the <br />approximate amount of time our consultants will spend on various aspects of the project. <br />Exhibit 2. Project Work-Time Breakdown <br /> <br />This breakdown assumes two full rounds of feedback and edits toward a final draft, which is <br />then submitted for approval. Controlling the number of rounds of edits is a vital factor in <br />keeping the project on schedule and matching the cost of the work to the agreed price. We <br />could provide more rounds of edits, but our quote is based on limiting their number. <br />Proposed Workplan <br />The following is a detailed work plan that identifies the tasks necessary to complete the study. <br />MGT approaches user fee engagements in five separate phases. Each phase reflects a linear <br />progression of the overall project. Within each phase we have identified tasks designed to <br />achieve the County’s objectives for this project. <br />We will work with the County to develop clear internal deadlines at the beginning of the project <br />and combine that with intentional and structured communications.
