Like the
Hillsborough/Efiand crew, the Chapel Hill team will consist of three members, all skilled in
landscape and grounds maintenance.
• Crew Leader: Victor Portilla
Victor will ensure the Chapel Hill locations are maintained efficiently and according
to the agreed-upon scope of work. Our approach
ensures that even in the face of these challenges, we can stay on track and deliver quality
service to the Orange County facilities.
1. Combining Crews to Accelerate Completion Timelines: If any location falls
behind schedule due to weather or other delays, we can combine both the
Hillsborough/Efiand and Chapel Hill crews to accelerate the pace of work. By
deploying additional workers, we can ensure that all required tasks are completed
within the expected time frame, even when challenges arise.

Docusign Envelope ID: 16383371-90A7-4CD2-9978-5DD1BF086433
