• Responsibilities: • Leading and managing the crew at Hillsborough/Efiand locations. • Ensuring all grounds maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. • Reporting on crew performance and site status to Blake Murray. Chapel Hill Crew: This crew will focus on the Chapel Hill locations and will be managed by Victor Portilla, who will be the on-site contact for these facilities. Like the Hillsborough/Efiand crew, the Chapel Hill team will consist of three members, all skilled in landscape and grounds maintenance. • Crew Leader: Victor Portilla Victor will ensure the Chapel Hill locations are maintained efficiently and according to the agreed-upon scope of work. He will communicate with Blake Murray and ensure all operational objectives are met. o Responsibilities: • Leading and managing the crew at Chapel Hill locations. • Ensuring all grounds maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. • Reporting on crew performance and site status to Blake Murray. Contingency Plans While we have structured our team to be highly efficient, we also understand the importance of having contingency plans in place to account for unforeseen challenges, such as weather delays, crew availability issues, or scheduling confiicts. Our approach ensures that even in the face of these challenges, we can stay on track and deliver quality service to the Orange County facilities. 1. Combining Crews to Accelerate Completion Timelines: If any location falls behind schedule due to weather or other delays, we can combine both the Hillsborough/Efiand and Chapel Hill crews to accelerate the pace of work. By deploying additional workers, we can ensure that all required tasks are completed within the expected time frame, even when challenges arise.
