He said family care homes <br /> are currently not a permitted use in the Master Plan Development Zoning District, so the Unified <br /> Development Ordinance needs to be amended to allow for family care facilities in this zoning <br /> district, and a complementary change in the UDO is required along with the Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment. He explained that the Zoning Atlas Amendment cannot happen without the UDO <br /> being amended. He further explained that if the UDO is not amended, it is not consistent with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br />
