6 <br />Weighmaster (2) in the absence of the Landfill Operations Manager. <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />o Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of <br />specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically <br />associated with a high school education supplemented by <br />vocational/technical training in mechanical repair or related field and at least <br />two years experience repairing heavy construction equipment or a high <br />school education and at least 4 years experience repairing heavy construction <br />equipment. <br />o Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate <br />positions to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually <br />associated with two to four years experience. <br />o Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid Class A commercial driver's <br />license with a tanker endorsement issued by the State of North Carolina, <br />o Must possess certification in Freon handling. <br />o Must possess or be able to obtain within one year of initial employment, <br />certification as Manager of Landfill Operations or equivalent. <br />
