The CMS updates its allowable rates in January of each year. This budget <br /> amendment is to update the fee schedule to include the new rates and to amend the <br /> language of the fee schedule (Attachment 2). These funds will be used for Summer Camp Scholarships to <br /> provide partial and full scholarships for the Eno Arts Mill Summer Program for low-income <br /> Orange County families with youth ages 5-17 and additional Program Expenses.
