He said the need may be higher, but he thinks the accessibility <br /> 5 of the new center and consecutively cold nights contributed to the increase. He said that by the <br /> 6 end of January 2025, there were only 4 days when they had not had cold weather cots. <br /> 7 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if there is a plan for providing hot weather shelters. <br /> 8 Blake Rosser said there is not a plan but there is acknowledgment that it is a need.
